I had the privilege of co-facilitating this workshop on behalf of NAMA Women Advancement with the DIFC business leaders and sustainability community. The engaged discussion and open dialogue empower us to redouble our efforts in advancing gender diversity and inclusion, integrating it seamlessly into the context of and making it an integral part of the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) agenda.
